Pixel Knights was started in 2011 by Carl Jones, a renowned software developer, photographer and avid gamer from near Pwllheli, in North Wales.

From our base in rural North Wales, we find plenty of time for work, rest and lots of play. Our ethos has always been one where we encourage play and creativity, not just from our employees but from everyone we work with.

We have worked as part of the Coder Dojo and Code Club movement's in the UK to bring that level of enthusiasm to a younger audience, giving our time to teaching children the joys of prgramming (and specifically games programming) using Scratch and other game and development frameworks. We think that no matter what level of development knowledge you have, as long as you have the drive and creativity to create something we can help bring that idea to life.

Despite our fun, playful approach, we do work hard to produce quality software, no matter what the platform is. We have a number of projects that we concurrently work on for ourselves and our clients and always strive to deliver beyond expectations. Our previous clients include Microsoft, Ford, Barclays Bank, the National Union of Students, The Metroplitan Police and many other worldwide clients. We have worked on client sites all over the world, going that extra mile to ensure high quality results each time.
